TEXTURE ART: Texture, another element of art, is used to describe either the way a three-dimensional work actually feels when touched, or the visual feel of a two-dimensional work. Texture art in games is used quite alot especially by game designers they use texture art to make objects look real life and 3d.
BACKGROUND GRAPHICS: The area of a display screen not covered by characters and graphics. The background is like a canvas on top of which characters and graphics are placed. The background graphics in games is more like scenery where the character cant get to.
PRINT MEDIA ART: Print media refers to paper publications circulated in the form of physical editions of books, magazines, journals and newsletters. Print media art is used all the time with games on the game cases and they get better and better every time and no print art has been the same.
